Hengistbury Head Beach Chalets are constructed using Balsa wood as it is light and durable. The hut includes a 4" balcony and is left natural in colour ready for you to paint or stain. The doors and windows are preglazed. The attic bedroom is included with the ladders for access. The chalet has no internal or external fittings as the choice is yours on finishing.

This hut is supplied in a flat kit form, completely built and the doors are also installed ready for use. Final construction is to glue the 4 sides together and the 2 roof sides together.

The built dimentions are 18"L x 10"W x 11"H, with the roof overhang over the sides. The balcony at the front is 4"L included in the above measurments. Although these are the standard measurments special orders are available to suit your requirements.
